Slowest. Chipotle. Ever. Like, if the line is out the door, turn around, walk away. I've literally waited 20 minutes just to get to the counter. Chipotle got famous off of moving their lines fast and getting people in and out. Here, not so much.

Horribly slow service! Stood in line for 35-40 minutes before we could order and there were only 10-15 people in line when we got there. We almost left just because of how terribly long it was taking. Food was decent, had to pick out a huge piece of hard avocado and something that looked like a bay leaf. Worst experience at a Chipotle thus far.

I used to hate coming here. Discovered call ahead... this place is super busy around lunch time. I would recommend everyone call ahead or use the online app. The love of Tofu has returned.

Love chipotle and the flavor but most often each time I come there is a line that is just crawling at a snails pace. With how popular and busy this location is you'd think they would figure out a way to fix this ongoing problem of the line extending out the door. Surrender all hope of eating soon. I waited I. Line for 20 minutes thanks to all the online orders taking precedent. No hard feelings though, they screwed up those orders. When it was my turn to order they were so skimpy on everything. This location needs help.

So tired of trying to go here, line is crazy long, employees are crazy slow. So I thought I'd be smart, I pre ordered..... Lol I arrived 25 min later to get my food, it wasn't even started. I could tell the guys where totally lost, I waited longer for my bowl than actually waiting in line. They are getting skimpy on the portions, it's rice!!!! Wtf why only 3/4 of a scoop!!!! They give like 1/2 a scoop of steak. The only thing they are generous on is the ice.... They'll probably put a governor on the ice machine next. All in all this chipotle is going down hill fast.... Today I was in Anoka, I went to the coon Rapids location instead of the elk River (where I live) just cuz I know I'll have a better experience there. Also iv arrived to the elk River location several times, and they had either no white rice, no steak or no chicken!!! So I have to order something else.... And they don't even give me a discount!!! From one chipotle lover to another l when your craving a steak bowl and they have no steak..... If messes up your groove!

The past several times I've eaten at Chipotle in Elk River..... The amount is food you get compared to what you use to get is getting out of hand.... The amount of lettuce, rice and meat you get is to the point of not worth going . Plus it takes forever to get through the line. They are extremely SLOW! Love the food but won't be going back anytime soon

No matter what chipotle I go to, I love the food here, reguardless of how many calories are in one monster huge burrito (I mean the thing is big enough for 2 meals anyways). the guac is bomb and if you order it as a side instead of on your burrito or in your burrito bow, whatever your craving may be, you get more than if they were to just top your food. I love the steak or chicken fajita burrito, never really tried anything with pork, but I'd imagine its just as good. Really disappointed though that alot of locations dont carry the orange mango nantucket nectars anymore. They were a delicious add on to an amazing meal. Oh well though.

Always clean, and service is quick just like all other Chipotle's. The food is excellent, I prefer their tacos because the burritos are just too much (but good). The menu is small which makes ordering simple. Everything is always really fresh and their guac is some of the best. We love coming here, just wish they had more seating, often times it's packed and pretty cramped. If summer would ever decide to arrive, there's a little patio area outside to eat at also.

I like and enjoy Chipotle as often as possible. Today I stopped and was really disappointed by the staff. The guy on the press who's name is Sal was great. Actually he is the only one as t the Elk River location today who was actually doing his job. Here is my experience... I arrived and Sal took my order. The restaurant was not real busy but there were six people on the line. There was one large guy wiping things and cleaning as food was being prepared. My burrito was fourth in line as the salsa, sour cream and cheese was being completed for the people ahead of me. As I watch the clean up guy her took covers and wiped them down above the waiting burritos and bowls. He wiped the top of the counter between the food tins and brushed my burrito with the dish rag. The girl finally got around him and asked me what I wanted and I told her medium, sour cream and lots of cheese. She did that and then added lettuce too. Not what I ordered so I said something. She offers to take it off or remake it. I said remake it. After all the large guy had already cleaned off stuck on food over my burrito and touched the dirty used dish cloth to it as well. He'll no I'm not eating that. Remake it. As I am sitting and eating the new customers goes to nothing. On girl who works there goes up and Sal being the only employee on the line prepares her food all the way through. By the time he is adding salsa a few people come in and are waiting in line. Sal continues to make the food for the employee and talks to her for awhile as more customers are filling up the line area and they all are waiting for service. Sal helps the next 5 customers himself. No one else is out on the line. The girl who was cashier has been at th he beverage area since before the other employee went on break. Everyone else is in back somewhere. The was a tall thin guy working the grill. Not one of the employees asked the others to help. They all seemed to be too busy to make the customers a priority. There was a guy with glasses who brought out some clean red food baskets and he walked around asking if the food was okay but he ignored the long line and now two people available to help them buy their food. Actually the second person helping Sal was the cashier so she was just standing there watching him work. Then the manager or assistant manager came out from the back. She looked around and then walked through the seating area and around to the back of the line of customers. I was shocked. By this time I was done eating and really feed up with the staff in this location. Actually this location is closest to my home and I eat here weekly and sometimes more often. I have never seen anything like this in any location ever. Beyond my food tasting good I think this was my worst experience with Chipotle in the almost 10 years of eating here. I would not have guessed this would have happened today. My advice to everyone is to keep the employees on their toes. If we let them get by with this then we will get poor service and food covered in old dried up food that was stuck to something dirty as spice. At the least an employee house cleaning is due

This is the worst chipotle I've ever been to. Standing in line for 30 mins with a whole group of chipotle workers standing around and not moving fast enough. One person working register It's prime dinner time -

Nice and quick, but the food is kinda boring. And I got white rice when I asked for brown and my friend got brown when she asked for white. Will still come again.
